How It Works

Logos are vital to branding your business, making your business recognizeable, and building a loyal customer base. You need a well-designed logo to act as the figurehead for your business, and Axcess Web Technologies can provide you with one. Here is the process:

  • You can conveniently begin this creative process online by filling out a form to gather your contact information and detailed information about your business. We want to get a personal feel for what it is you do and where you want to take your business. Once the form it is submitted, we will follow up with a conference call or a face-to-face consultation.

  • After this initial contact, we will begin working on developing some concepts for your logo, basic models of what we think you need based on the information gathered thus far. We will submit these concepts to you for feedback in a week’s time. We take your critique seriously and use it to produce a revised product within another week.

  • You are in control of the creative process. If necessary, further revision will follow more feedback from you, and once you are satisfied, we will hand your logo over to you with full ownership rights in several file formats. There are many ways you could make use of your logo – be creative and your initial investment will pay dividends!

Tip of the Day

Know your customer. Keep a database with information about your client such as: what they purchase, how often they purchase and the last time they purchased. If you have an online store this shouldn’t be too difficult to establish and maintain. These are important because if you know what they purchase you can send them information on similar or complementary items. Knowing how often they purchase will allow you to be more proactive in the timing that you send them information on similar products. Finally, knowing the last time they purchased will help you determine if you’ve lost them as a customer. If they usually purchase every month but you haven’t heard from them in two, that’s a red flag that maybe you’re not meeting their needs anymore.
