Most of Axcess Web Technologies stationary packages include all three, envelopes, letterheads, and note cards. However, you do have the choice to make your selections a la carte, though it may be more economical for you to select a package containing all three. After you have decided what is best for your business and your marketing efforts, fill out our online form as completely as possible.

When an online form is submitted to us, we always follow up with a phone call to confirm the order and to gather more information, if necessary. We use this interaction and the online form to learn about your vision for your business so that we can help turn that dream into a reality!

We will have the initial design ready for the first viewing in 4 business days. We say “initial” design because at that point we are looking to receive feedback from you about the design. What do you like? What do you hate? You are in control of the creative process and we will make revisions based on your critique, which we will collect either through email or through a phone call.

Once the design is completed, we will send you the files containing the original design, over which you will have full ownership rights. If you like, for an additional fee, we can also print these stationary items for you. Generally, there are price breaks at 200, 500, and 1000 items, so take advantage of this fact and have as many printed as you can! You will undoubtedly find them helpful when communicating with customers.
